Babaghanoush is healthy, gluten free, vegan, all natural and a common appetizer on the Sephardic Jewish table. Roasted eggplant, tahini sauce, roasted garlic cloves, lemon, cumin, paprika and a touch of cayenne. Paired with pita bread chips, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrot sticks.
We love hummus and you’ll find ours to be much different then the typical store bought product. Instead of pureeing the mixture we leave it a little chunky. Served with olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, romaine leafs, and pita chips.
